This week’s teaser is one day late. I’m sorry for that!
But please have a look inside Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn. You can expect a review soon.
‘You can say that you love me no matter what happens.’ I thought: I can’t say that out loud anymore. ~ page 143
Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of A Daily Rhythm. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

I haven’t yet (it’s not on german Netflix), but I think I want to see it sometime. I’m really curious how the characters are portrayed and if I still hate them.

I found it to be well done, after I got into it. It took some time…

I saw the film too, and even reviewed it for my blog. For me it was one of those cases where I should either have read the book or seen the film. Both were so similar.

The first half I thought ‘meh’ and then I was like ‘wait, WHAT?!’. I’m happy I didn’t abandon it.

I had the exact reaction to this book. I was about to just close the book and never open it again when the plot changed
